We're Hiring: Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: India (Remote)

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month to start

Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday including a 1-hour lunch break , reduced hours on Saturday.

Type: Contractual Full time

About the role

We're looking for someone smart, proactive and interested in marketing, AI and technology.

You'll communicate with clients, help develop marketing strategies, manage projects and use AI tools to automate workflows and improve systems. We need someone who can think for themselves, solve problems and learn quickly.

What you'll do

- Communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Help plan marketing strategies and manage projects.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows.
- Build automations using tools like n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, and marketing tracking such as Meta CAPI.
- Find ways to make our systems and processes more efficient.

What we're looking for
- Good English communication skills.
- An understanding of marketing and business.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation.




- Some experience with development, APIs, or integrations is a big plus.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Someone reliable who takes initiative and can work independently.

You don't need to know everything, but you should be curious, willing to learn, and comfortable figuring things out.
