Role Description The Marketing And Growth Partner role at PostMint is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives and growth experiments. Day-to-day activities include identifying growth opportunities, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing channels.

Partner will collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to refine value propositions, develop content and messaging, and expand market reach. This position also involves building partnerships,



gathering customer feedback, and contributing to long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, with a track record of driving measurable user or revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including the ability to work with metrics, funnels, A/B tests, and basic marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to develop clear positioning, messaging, and content strategies aligned with brand and product goals.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (e.g., social media, email, paid ads, partnerships, and content marketing).
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with customers or users to gather insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; solid presentation and storytelling abilities are beneficial.
- Self-directed, experiment-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS products, or martech platforms is an advantage.
