We are looking for a dedicated and proactiveMarketing and Sales Excecutive to manage lead coordination and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with parents, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling and following up with academic leads
- Explaining programs and setting up demo classes
- Coordinating demos with teachers and parents
- Enrolling students after demos
- Maintaining basic records of leads, demos, and enrollments
- Ensuring smooth communication between parents and the academic team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with calling parents and handling inquiries
- Ability to explain academic programs clearly
- Basic coordination and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in education coordination, admissions, or telesales is an advantage
