Roles and Responsibilities

· Selection of right cutting tools and Cutting parameters.

· Create Setup sheet and Program sheet and Maintain its Latest revision level.

· Manage revision level of all Engineering documents.

· FA Prove-out on machine.

· Adhering quality management system and continious improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Must have min 10 years experience in Manual Programming.

· GD&T; knowledge is must.

· Drawing interpretation skills.

· Experience in Turning and Milling (upto 3 axis strategy is must).

· Experience in Machining of Aluminium and its alloys, Stainless steel and its alloys, Low alloy steel, Inconel and Titanium etc.

· Experience in Milling, Turning, and VTL centers.

· Knowledge on Fanuc in controller.

Experience:



Minimum 10 Years

Qualification:Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
