Sourcing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary

Meghna Realty is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to identify and source new real estate opportunities, particularly redevelopment projects, land parcels, societies, and potential development opportunities across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for building a solid pipeline of opportunities and developing relationships with property owners, society members, consultants, brokers, and other market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential redevelopment, land acquisition, and development opportunities across Mumbai.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
- Develop relationships with societies, property owners, brokers, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct initial assessment of properties and redevelopment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal Legal, Projects, Finance, and Management teams for preliminary feasibility and evaluation.
- Arrange and attend meetings with society members, landowners, trustees, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain records and MIS of sourced properties, leads, meetings, and project status.
- Follow up consistently with prospective societies, owners,



and stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
- Track market trends, upcoming redevelopment opportunities, and competing developers.
- Support management in evaluating and converting potential opportunities into development projects.
- Achieve defined sourcing and project acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate will be an advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing, business development, redevelopment, land acquisition, or property advisory.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate and redevelopment market.
- Established network among societies, brokers, property consultants, architects, and other real estate professionals will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and business development abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently identify and convert opportunities.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
- Location Bandra to Dadar

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
