Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Modern Trade

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Modern Trade to manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and develop strong business relationships with leading modern retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key accounts such as D-Mart, Reliance, More, Star Bazaar, and regional retail chains.
- Develop account-wise sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
- Negotiate listings, margins, trade schemes, promotions, and commercial terms.
- Manage product assortment, new launches, listings, and delistings.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and visibility activities.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Production, and Distribution teams.
- Monitor promotional expenses, claims, discounts, and account profitability.
- Track competitor activities, pricing,



promotions, and current product launches.
- Conduct Joint Business Reviews (JBRs) and prepare sales MIS and management reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to Modern Trade.
- Experience in key account management and business development in Gujarat.
- Strong relationships with leading modern retail chains and regional retailers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade commercials, margins, schemes, and Terms of Trade.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and key-account meetings.
