Job Summary:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Brokerage commission processing and payout activities for distributors. The role involves activities process validation, commissions correctness check, regulatory compliance, MIS reporting, Brokerage Query/ Request / Compliant handling and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.

Key Responsibilities:





- Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of commissions to distributors.
- Validate mutual fund distributor brokerage rates, commission payouts, including Trail, incentive, and special commission structures for T30/B30.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion month end activities such as MIS to internal and external stake holders, KRIs reporting to senior management.
- Completeness, accuracy and timely submission of all Regulatory and Statutory reports.
- Co-ordination with RTA on handling Audit, Regulatory, Statutory, Internal and Others and ensuring correctness on data checking and timely closure of open audit points
- Ensure non-conformances (NCs), on all processes & system are audit compliant
- Monitoring TAT, Handling Queries on Processing, MIS, QRC, NCTs., Service support to IS, Sales and other stakeholders.
- Ensure Implementation of SEBI/AMFI circulars and industry best practices.
- Assurance in reduction in errors, deviations, exceptions and monitoring regulatory errors.
- Identify automation opportunities and process enhancements.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and distribution models.
- Basic understanding on Brokerage process and MFD process handling domestic mutual funds.
- Decent Computer Proficiency i.e. MS office (Excel, Word, Power point etc) and RTA systems.
- Knowledge of SEBI/AMFI regulations w.r.t RTA operations of mutual funds will be added advantage.
