Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Manager/Manager Presales Solution Architect to lead our Presales function and become the technical face of Shaip during customer engagements.

This role requires someone who can understand complex customer challenges, design scalable AI data solutions, architect end-to-end delivery models, recommend cloud and security frameworks, automate operational workflows, optimize costs, and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and clients to win enterprise opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in AI data operations, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, information security, automation, and solution consulting.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Presales

Leadership

Build and lead the Presales function at Shaip.

Create scalable presales processes, documentation, and solution templates.

Mentor and develop the Presales team.

Define technical standards and best practices for solution design.

Solution

Architecture

Understand customer business problems and translate them into technical AI data solutions.

Design end-to-end AI data workflows including:

Data Collection

Data Annotation

RLHF

LLM Fine-tuning

Speech AI

Computer Vision

Healthcare AI

Human-in-the-loop operations

Design scalable workflows for enterprise AI projects.

Recommend automation strategies to reduce manual effort, operational cost, and delivery timelines.

Develop customized delivery frameworks based on customer requirements.

Customer

Consulting

Participate in discovery workshops and client meetings.

Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers.

Present solution architecture during customer calls.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.





Respond to technical questions from procurement, IT, security, and engineering teams.

Security & Compliance

Design solutions aligned with

ISO 27001

SOC 2

HIPAA

GDPR

Client-specific security requirements

Work closely with security teams to complete:

Security questionnaires

Risk assessments

Technical compliance documentation

5. Cost Optimization

Design commercially viable delivery models.

Reduce FTE dependency using automation and AI.

Improve delivery efficiency through process optimization.

Create cost estimation models and pricing assumptions.

Support profitability analysis before project execution.

Solution proposals

Collaborate with Sales to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
