Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the company's legal, compliance, litigation and regulatory functions. The candidate should have strong expertise in real estate laws, RERA, property documentation, dispute resolution and legal risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with RERA, real estate regulations, labour laws and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage litigation, court cases, RERA matters, consumer disputes and legal notices.
- Draft, review and negotiate sale agreements, builder-buyer agreements, lease deeds, vendor contracts and other legal documents.
- Handle customer grievances, refund disputes, possession-related matters and employee-related legal issues.
- Conduct land and property due diligence, including title verification, ownership records and encumbrance checks.
- Coordinate with government authorities for statutory approvals, licences, registrations and regulatory compliance.
- Advise senior management on legal risks, dispute resolution and preventive legal strategies.




- Lead the internal legal team, manage external advocates and monitor litigation costs and case progress.
- Oversee leasing documentation, rental agreements and related legal matters.
- Provide periodic legal updates, compliance reports and litigation status to management.

Candidate Specifications
- LL.B. from a recognised university; additional legal qualifications will be an advantage.
- 1015 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer, builder or reputed law firm.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, real estate laws, litigation, land due diligence and contractual documentation.
- Proven experience in court matters, consumer disputes, government liaison and legal team management.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage legal matters and advise senior management.

Preferred Candidate: A result-oriented legal professional with solid leadership capabilities, commercial understanding and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end legal operations within the real estate sector. To Apply for:-
