Role & responsibilities

- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production equipment.

- Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.

- Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.

- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.

- Ensure availability of critical spares, tools, and maintenance consumables.

- Drive TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Projects teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and electrical requirements.

- Control maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- Lead and develop the maintenance team through training and performance monitoring.

- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machines and utilities.

- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
