We are seeking a skilled and proactive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Professional to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our patient accounts, from initial patient entry and medical billing to data collection and denial analysis. Your primary goal will be to maximize cash flow, minimize insurance claim denials, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Billing Integrity & Reporting

- Record Management: Maintain accurate, timely billing profiles for all completed patients across all network hospitals.
- Financial Tracking: Generate real-time updates and weekly reports on all active and closed billing accounts.
- Bill Auditing: Validate final patient invoices to ensure compliance, accuracy, and zero billing leaks.

2. Reconciliation & Deduction Analysis

- Short-Settlement Tracking: Reconcile actual hospital bill amounts against final payouts to identify payment cuts.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate all deductions to isolate underlying causes like tariff disputes or non-payable items.
- Recovery Management:



Address short-settled claims promptly to recover maximum eligible revenue.

3. Insurance & TPA Coordination

- Turnaround Time (TAT) Control: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure insurance approvals are processed within strict deadlines.
- AR Follow-Up: Execute proactive aging follow-ups on delayed insurance settlements to optimize corporate cash flow.
- Relationship Management: Maintain cohesive team integrations with network hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with major billing software and Microsoft Office skills.
- Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational habits, and excellent skilled communication skills.
