Role & responsibilities

1. Act as Head JV Finance and take all corporate decisions in this role.
2. Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in the financial decisions making from time to time.
3. Key role in preparation of the Strategic & Annual business planning and risk management.
4. Setup/ensure successful implementation of financial policies, internal controls and strong financial systems to guard interest of the shareholders/JV partners.

Monitor finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 10+ years of experience..
- Good knowledge of internal controls and strong financial systems.




- Valuable understanding of SAP ERP, Ind. AS and Tax laws

Effective communication and Analytical Ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demanding JV partners.
- 8 - 10 plus years of post-qualification experience.
- Have worked in ERP based accounting system.
- Experience of fairly working across departments and stakeholders.
- Experience of working with Infrastructure and Service Industry.

Capable of working under difficult situations.
