Manager - Credit Management

Performing the role of Credit Managers and carrying out the responsibilities in conformity with the India Credit Policy & Chart of Authority

- Proposing new customer set-up after doing due diligence of the documents required for the customer creation .
- Coordinating with Central Team at Gurugram for getting adequate Insurance Coverage.
- Validating all Credit proposals wrt the current credit exposure, OD Aging and do a fair assessment of Credit Risk and send in the recommendations for Credit approvals as per the DOA.
- Responsible for managing credit blocking & Unblocking orders and CL recommendations based on the business needs after evaluating credit risks associated with such recommendation.
- Facilitate business to achieve DSO & OD targes
- Provide regular input/ support to central credit insurance management team
- Help team in providing necessary details/ documents for audit

Periodic review of receivables with business to ensure valuable AR Health.
- Responsible for the review of Regional debtors with business wrt Collectable, Non-collectable,



disputed debts and ensuring timely collection to meet Monthly Coltn & DSO Target.
- Act as a focal point for tracking the disputes and submitting provision data to ensure prudent reporting of AR Health.
- Updation of AR management Tool
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely settlement of all claims/disputes etc
- Propose for write offs of non-collectable aligning with business and business finance

Assisting business in managing the day to day operations smoothly.
- Providing Monthly MIS to business on Overall Credit Performance for the region.
- Ccnducting Monthly Operational Credit Committee Meetings for the Region to give Credit Overview to the Regional Head, Business Controller and other regional business leaders.
- Connect digitally or visit customers for understanding their challenges related to AR & collections, suggest mitigation plans, help them in resolving pending issues to facilitate faster collections
- Help customers in enrolment and smooth functioning of channel finance
