Eligibility Criteria

- CA Fresher with relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit, or Semi-Qualified CA with 3–4 years of experience in Audit.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage statutory audits, including audit planning, execution, financial statement review, and finalisation.

- Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Ind AS, Standards on Auditing (SA), and applicable statutory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, the Companies Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.

- Identify audit observations, assess risks, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.

- Good working knowledge of Income Tax and GST compliances, with exposure to tax audits being an added advantage.

- Solid communication, team management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
