- Automation | M4 Job Summary Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineering professionals developing AI-enabled solutions that improve engineering productivity and business outcomes. Own execution of the AI roadmap, translating business needs into scalable solutions from ideation → MVP → deployment → adoption. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy &

- Delivery Leadership: Lead AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and software initiatives; guide technical decisions and resolve complex cross-team challenges. People &

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field with 10 years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership. Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, or related technologies.

Experience delivering complex technical initiatives and influencing across teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and people leadership skills.

Preferred Experience with cloud, APIs, data platforms, CI/CD, and modern software engineering.
