About the Opportunity
Awign is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Management Trainee – Operations at its HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
This is a paid internship opportunity for 4–6 months, offering candidates the chance to gain hands-on experience in operations, develop professional skills, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Based on individual performance and business requirements, successful interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Awign upon completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth process execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage operational tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain process-related data, reports, and records.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and meet operational expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination,
organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- An operational mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from the office at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
- Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as per business requirements.
