Role Description<

The Management Intern role is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home tasks. The intern will assist in coordinating hiring process, digital content projects, supporting scheduling, resource planning, and basic documentation for photoshoots, cinematography, and ad campaigns. Daily responsibilities may include communicating with clients and team members, tracking project progress, preparing simple reports, and helping ensure timely delivery of content.

The intern will also contribute to basic data organization,



process improvement ideas, and operational support activities. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to managing creative and media-focused projects within a qualified environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of project coordination or management principles, preferably in media, marketing, or related fields.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and client interactions.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project trackers) and willingness to learn new software.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Interest in digital content, photography, cinematography, advertising, or media production.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently in a hybrid setup.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Management, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
