Role Description The Management Information System Executive will manage and maintain MIS dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and sales data, preparing regular and ad hoc MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all information systems. The role involves coordinating with various teams to understand reporting requirements, improving existing reporting processes,



and providing insights to management through explicit data visualization and summaries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and timely delivery of actionable information.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including experience with MIS tools and reporting platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights for management.
- Candidates should possess MIS Reporting capabilities, including designing, automating, and maintaining periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions), spreadsheets, and data visualization tools, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, would be advantageous.
- Experience in real estate or a similar data-intensive environment, and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems, would be an added advantage.
