We are hiring a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and other repair work.
- Monitor building infrastructure and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, plumbers, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, work reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
- Identify maintenance issues and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Monitor the quality of repair work and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Good team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
