We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Associate to join our team at Vythiri Park. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repair work.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems and report issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance problems.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Follow safety procedures while performing maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area.
- Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance work is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Positive problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
