Designation: Maintenance Technician

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

? Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and other machine shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in machines.
- Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance activities.
- Identify the root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and maintenance standards.

? Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and machine breakdown handling.




- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to identify faults and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
