We are looking for an experienced Lotus Notes Migration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in IBM/HCL Lotus Notes and Domino applications. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing legacy Lotus Notes/Domino applications, understanding existing business functionality, assessing application dependencies, and supporting migration and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of LotusScript, @Formula, Domino Designer, NSF databases, workflows, security, and application integrations, along with an understanding of relational databases and modern web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing Lotus Notes/Domino applications, business processes, workflows, and dependencies.
- Assess legacy applications and translate business requirements into modern application specifications.
- Support the migration and modernization of Lotus Notes/Domino applications to contemporary platforms and architectures.
- Work with LotusScript, @Formula, Forms, Views, Agents, and Domino Designer to understand and troubleshoot existing applications.
- Analyze Domino data structures, NSF databases, Access Control Lists (ACLs), application security, and workflows.
- Identify application integration points, APIs, and dependencies, including Domino REST API where applicable.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document existing functionality, migration requirements, and potential modernization approaches.




- Understand relational database concepts and SQL Server to support data mapping and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, application assessments, migration specifications, and related project deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members throughout the migration lifecycle.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM/HCL Lotus Notes and Domino.
- Proficiency in LotusScript and @Formula.
- Experience with Forms, Views, Agents, and Domino Designer.
- Strong understanding of Domino architecture, NSF databases, ACLs, workflows, and security.
- Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino integrations and APIs; knowledge of Domino REST API is preferred.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of web application architecture and application modernization concepts.
- Ability to analyze legacy applications and translate business functionality into modern application requirements.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with Lotus Notes/Domino applications and legacy application environments.
- Practical understanding of application assessment, migration planning, and modernization activities.
