Role Description: We are inviting applications for a Logo Design Intern to support branding and visual identity projects for the company and its clients. This fully remote, three-month unpaid internship is designed primarily for students, fresh graduates, self-taught designers, career changers, and early-career individuals seeking practical experience and portfolio development.

You will assist with logo concepts, typography, symbols, color palettes, brand identity assets, and logo variations for digital and print applications. You will receive feedback from the Founder based on your task submissions.

Important: This is an unpaid internship. No stipend is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Logo Design and Concept Development

- Research brands, industries, audiences, and visual references.
- Develop original logo concepts, sketches, and creative directions.
- Explore wordmarks, lettermarks, monograms, symbols, and combination marks.
- Experiment with typography, shapes, colors, proportions, and composition.
- Refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Brand Identity Development

- Assist in creating cohesive visual identities for company and client projects.
- Develop color palettes, typography selections, and supporting visual elements.
- Prepare logo variations for different backgrounds and digital applications.
- Help create basic brand guidelines and logo usage recommendations.

Design Production

- Prepare editable source files and export-ready assets.
- Work with formats such as SVG, PNG, PDF, and JPG as required.
- Ensure logos remain clear and usable at different sizes.
- Organize design files, revisions, and project folders.
- Prepare presentations explaining design concepts.

Research and Collaboration

- Explore branding trends while developing distinctive design concepts.




- Use appropriate creative tools and AI-assisted workflows where helpful.
- Follow project briefs, client brand guidelines, and agreed deadlines.
- Communicate progress, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized files.
- Follow applicable confidentiality and intellectual-property requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

- Foundational knowledge of graphic design, logo design, typography, and visual communication.
- An eye for shapes, proportions, spacing, colors, and visual balance.
- Familiarity with at least 3 tools, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of vector graphics is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to accept feedback, revise designs, and follow instructions.
- Good communication, time-management, and file-organization skills.
