About the Role: We are looking for a logistics and supply chain executive who will be responsible for ensuring orders are being process daily via different platforms like Website, Amazon, Flipkart and other B2B channels. This is a highly hands-on role. The role includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinating with customers regarding delivery issues.
You will communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery, optimize storage and distribution, and reduce delivery failures. You will be responsible for Supply chain management.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics & Inventory Specialist at Ecomous in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
- Excellent Logistics & Inventory management skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory), both verbal and written
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to analyse inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
- Robust communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Previous experience in a logistics or customer service role is a plus
Strong fluency in English & Hindi is a pre-requisite! You will be directly Responsible for:
- Track & Process daily/weekly/monthly orders across all channels.
- NDR case management for failed deliveries.
- Handling Order Returns
- Daily Inventory and Stock management & factory coordination
- Reporting & Analytics
