Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including planning and managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing storage and distribution processes, managing transportation partners, and ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and service standards.

The Logistics

Manager will collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and customer service teams to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce lead times,



and resolve delivery or fulfillment issues. The role also involves tracking key logistics metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end operations and optimize distribution.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records and support demand planning.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills to coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and support cost-effective sourcing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to resolve delivery-related issues and support a positive consumer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods logistics, with familiarity in using ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
