Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with transporters and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation activities.
- Manage logistics documentation, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of dispatches, transportation costs, and delivery status.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of materials.





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination.
- Graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and transportation processes.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
