- Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, vehicle placement, and transportation with vendors and warehouse teams.

- Track the movement of returnable packaging materials, containers, pallets, and other company assets.

- Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock, stock transfers, and asset returns.

- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain delivery challans, e-way bills, LR/GR, and other relevant documents.

- Prepare daily dispatch reports, inventory reports, delivery status updates, and logistics MIS.

- Monitor shipment delays, damages, shortages, and discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.





- Verify transporter invoices and support freight cost tracking and reconciliation.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading, unloading, material readiness, and dispatch planning.

- Ensure compliance with company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
