Position: LMS Specialist

Location: India, 100% Remote

Contract: 6-month contract with long-term extensions or permanent conversion

Target Rate: ₹10-₹15

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience, ideally supporting implementations, upgrades, migrations, modifications, and ongoing administration
- Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) is highly preferred, but candidates with strong contemporary LMS experience such as Cornerstone OnDemand may be transferable
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Dynamic Audiences / rule-based learner groups and learning assignments
- Experience managing and troubleshooting LMS support tickets, including user-, browser-, module-, access-, and system-related issues
- Ability to support reporting requests, training records, testing/UAT,



and go-live activities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and proactively investigate issues
- Experience working within a regulated environment is a plus

Day to Day:

- Support and troubleshoot LMS tickets
- Identify and resolve user, browser, module, and system issues
- Handle LMS reporting requests
- Support the transition from the current LMS to Oracle Learning Cloud
- Assist with LMS implementation, upgrades, modifications, and go-live support
- Work with global teams supporting internal UL employees across India, China, and Taiwan
