Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled Live Streaming & Broadcast Operations Executive to manage live broadcasts of padel tournaments, matches, and sporting events.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OBS Studio, IP camera feeds, live streaming platforms, and basic broadcast production. Experience working with PlaySight cameras or similar automated sports camera systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming & OBS Operations

- Set up, configure, and operate OBS Studio for professional-quality live broadcasts.
- Manage multiple camera feeds, scenes, transitions, overlays, and graphics.
- Configure live streaming to YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Monitor stream quality, resolution, frame rates, audio synchronization, and connectivity.
- Manage recording and streaming simultaneously when required.

1. PlaySight Camera Integration

- Access and manage live feeds from installed PlaySight camera systems.
- Integrate compatible PlaySight feeds into OBS or other streaming software.
- Coordinate with PlaySight technical support when required.
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, feed delays, and streaming interruptions.
- Manage switching between courts and camera views where supported.

1. Tournament Broadcast Production

- Set up branded overlays, scoreboards, player names, sponsor logos, and event graphics.
- Coordinate with tournament organizers to ensure accurate match information is displayed.
- Manage live match coverage, including transitions between matches and courts.




- Monitor the broadcast throughout the event and resolve technical issues in real time.
- Ensure smooth start and end of streams for scheduled matches.

1. Technical Setup & Troubleshooting

- Check internet bandwidth, streaming equipment, laptops, and audio systems before events.
- Configure stream settings, encoders, and streaming software.
- Identify and resolve dropped frames, buffering, latency, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain backup streaming arrangements wherever possible.
- Conduct pre-event testing and technical rehearsals.

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of OBS Studio.
- Experience with YouTube Live and RTMP streaming.
- Understanding of video encoding, bitrates, resolutions, and frame rates.
- Familiarity with IP cameras, RTSP feeds, NDI, capture cards, and network-based video workflows.
- Ability to create and manage basic broadcast graphics and overlays.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently during live sporting events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports broadcasting, esports, event production, or live streaming.
- Experience with PlaySight SmartCourt systems or similar sports camera platforms.
- Familiarity with live scoring integrations.
- Basic knowledge of networking, routers, LAN connections, and streaming hardware.

Work Requirements
- Availability during tournaments, including weekends and evenings.
- On-site presence for event setup, testing, and live broadcast operations.
- Ability to manage broadcasts independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel for tournaments, if required.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
