Role & Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy issuance, documentation, renewals, and after-sales service.

Stay updated with insurance products and applicable IRDAI guidelines.

Participate in product, sales, and business development training.

Provide professional customer service while following company and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility
