We are looking for experienced Smart400, Life400, LifeAsia, or GroupAsia Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance policy administration systems and AS400-based application development, with expertise in development, customization, support, and enhancement of life insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, maintain, and support applications on LifeAsia, GroupAsia, Life400, or Smart400 platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with insurance processes.
- Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in application modernization, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project implementation.
