Role Description: Kosen is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Research & Content Writing Intern to support legal research and content development for its LinkedIn page. The role involves tracking legal and regulatory developments, conducting jurisdiction-specific research, and transforming complex legal information into clear, engaging, and professionally written content.

Key Responsibilities

- Research legal and regulatory developments across the USA, Europe, and the UAE.
- Identify relevant developments in commercial law, intellectual property, technology law, data protection, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Draft LinkedIn posts,



legal explainers, and short research-based articles.
- Verify legal information using legislation, regulatory publications, official government sources, and other reliable materials.
- Translate complex legal concepts into concise, accessible, and engaging content.
- Assist in planning and maintaining Kosen’s LinkedIn content calendar.
- Ensure accuracy, originality, proper citations, and consistency with Kosen’s qualified brand.

Eligibility & Skills

- Law students, recent law graduates, or candidates with a genuine interest in legal research and writing.
- Strong written English and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and interpret legislation, regulatory updates, and legal developments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to factual accuracy.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation is an advantage.
- An interest in technology law, international regulations, and the future of legal practice is desirable.
