We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our IPR team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to trademark, copyright, and patent law, offering practical experience in filings, compliance, and legal research.

—> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

● Assist in drafting and filing trademark, copyright, and patent applications.

● Support in preparing documentation for oppositions, rectifications, and renewals.

● Conduct legal research on IP laws, case precedents, and regulatory updates.

● Help maintain IP case files, records, and compliance reports.

● Liaise with government authorities (Trademark Registry, Copyright Office, Patent Office) under supervision.

● Assist lawyers in preparing case briefs, pleadings, and evidence.

● Draft basic contracts,



licensing agreements, and NDAs under guidance.

● Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

—> QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS -

● Pursuing LLB/LLM.

● Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

● Basic knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent laws.

● Valuable research, drafting, and analytical skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

● Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
