We are seeking an Automation Test Engineer to drive automation testing efforts for healthcare applications across desktops, web, and mobile platforms. This role requires handson experience with industrystandard automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Playwright, Appium, LambdaTest, or similar), strong scripting capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in a fastpaced,

complianceoriented environment.

Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

 Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for desktop, web, and mobile applications using modern automation frameworks and tools.

 Collaborate closely with QA, Development, and Product teams to understand requirements,

workflows, and acceptance criteria.

 Enhance, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks, reusable components, and regression suites.

 Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

 Log, track, and manage defects using standard ALM tools, ensuring timely resolution.

 Maintain clear traceability between automated test scripts, user stories, and business requirements.

 Support test execution reporting,



metrics collection, and readiness documentation for releases.

 Follow HIPAA guidelines and adhere to healthcare compliance and security requirements during testing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 3+ years of experience in software QA with a strong emphasis on test automation.

 Handson experience with one or more automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete,

Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.

 Strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, VBScript, Java, or C#.

 Experience testing across web, desktop, and mobile environments.

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in Agile teams.

 Solid knowledge of QA processes, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.

 Experience using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other ALM platforms.

 Experience in healthcare applications or other highly regulated industries (preferred).

Preferred Skills

 Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub

Actions, or Azure DevOps.
