Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes using ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and execute integration strategies for various systems with ServiceNow.
- Provide technical guidance on ITAM (Asset Management) and OMT (Operational Modeling Tools).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in ITIL v3/4 certification or equivalent experience.
- Robust understanding of ITSM principles, including incident management, problem management, change management, major incident management, release management, and service level management.
