KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Lead Mobile Developer in our Development team, you will drive the technical vision and execution of high-quality, secure, and performant mobile applications within the Information Technology domain. You will set engineering standards, own the mobile architecture, and mentor a team of developers to deliver robust solutions that meet business and user needs.

Your role involves hands-on leadership, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our mobile products.

· Own and define the mobile application architecture, technical roadmap, coding standards, and engineering quality benchmarks.

· Lead the end-to-end development of production-grade mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android, or other agreed technology stacks.

· Design and implement robust integrations with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication systems, push notifications, analytics, secure storage, and backend services.

· Establish and enforce patterns for state management, offline capabilities, error handling, security, observability, and automated testing.

· Drive code reviews, ensure release readiness, manage app-store deployments, monitor crashes/performance, and resolve incidents efficiently.

· Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, and security teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end user experiences.

· Continuously improve build pipelines,



automated testing frameworks, release automation, application performance, and developer productivity.

· Mentor and coach developers, plan technical work, support estimation, and proactively manage delivery risks.

· Champion best practices in mobile engineering, security, and compliance, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and ready for real-world use.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in at least one modern mobile technology stack (React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android).

· Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and shipping production applications to the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

· Hands-on experience with mobile architecture, API integration, authentication, secure storage, push notifications, testing, and performance optimization.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control (e.g., Git), code review processes, crash reporting, analytics, and production support.

· Track record of leading technical design decisions and mentoring engineering teams while remaining hands-on with code.

React Native architecture: Native modules, bridges or modern native integration patterns, New Architecture, platform-specific implementations, and dependency management.

Performance and scalability: App startup, memory, rendering, network efficiency, battery usage, and smooth media playback.

Mobile infrastructure: Build signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, workplace configurations,



OTA updates where appropriate, and automated release pipelines.

Security and abuse prevention: Secure token handling, certificate/network security where appropriate, application integrity checks, and protection against automated abuse.

Advanced integrations: Video and audio, live streaming, payments, deep links, universal links, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.

Production ownership: Crash analysis, ANR monitoring, observability, phased rollouts, rollback planning, and app-store compliance.

Cross-platform engineering: Knowing when shared code is appropriate and when native iOS or Android implementations are necessary.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Relevant certifications in mobile development or cloud technologies are advantageous.

SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR ATTRIBUTES

· Deep expertise in React Native and/or cross-platform mobile frameworks (Flutter, Xamarin, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of mobile security, accessibility, automated UI testing, and performance tuning.

· Experience integrating AI-enabled features, real-time communications, payments, maps, or enterprise identity solutions is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product and engineering teams.

· Proactive leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.

· Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving technology environments and emerging industry trends.

SALARY RANGE

· Competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise. (Exact range to be discussed during the interview process.)

Pay: ₹545,000.00 - ₹1,950,000.00 per year
