Role & responsibilities-

- Resolving the Technical Issues in consideration with Policy. Cross Checking Coverages, Exclusions, Terms and Conditions in policies as per quotation and RFQs manuals
- Assessments of Claims according to Nature and Scope for filling with Insurance Companies
- Liasioning with Surveyors, Insurance Companies, Salvage Buyers for the early settlement of claims.
- No. of Claims pending with Insurance companies and surveyors
- MIS Reports for FA Claims Received, Settled, In-process etc. - Weekly.
- MIS reports for vehicle claims Received, Settled & In - Process etc. Weekly.
- Thorough Study for Settlement of Claims on merits, Product Knowledge of Liability products and claim settlement procedure.

Critical Competencies-

- General Insurance Product Knowledge
- Process knowledge of claim settlement.
- Well versed with terms. Condition, clause and warranties of different GI products
