KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Lead Full Stack Developer in the Development department, you will drive end-to-end product engineering across web front ends, backend services, APIs, data stores, and cloud deployment. You will be accountable for architecture, engineering quality, and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions within the Information Technology domain.

Your role will require technical leadership, hands-on development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products.

· Own full-stack architecture, technical standards, engineering practices, and delivery for one or more product areas.

· Design and build responsive web applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data persistence layers.

· Make pragmatic technology and architecture decisions balancing scalability, security, maintainability, performance, and delivery speed.

· Establish patterns for authentication/authorization, validation, error handling, observability, testing, and release management.

· Lead code reviews, technical design reviews, production troubleshooting, and performance/reliability improvements.

· Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, DevOps/platform, data, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features.

· Strengthen CI/CD, automated testing, developer tooling, documentation, and engineering productivity.

· Mentor engineers, decompose complex work, support estimation,



and identify delivery and technical risks early.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience:

· Minimum 5+ years of strong full-stack software engineering experience.

· Proven track record in technical leadership, architecture ownership, code/design reviews, mentoring, and production support.

· Experience delivering cloud-hosted production systems with containers, CI/CD, observability, and secure development practices.

· Background in SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, or high-growth product environments is advantageous.

System architecture: Expertise in system architecture including microservices, service boundaries, distributed systems, API gateways, and inter-service communication.

Cloud & infrastructure experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, containerization, autoscaling, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code.

Asynchronous processing using queues, background workers, event-driven workflows, and scheduled jobs.

Data architecture skills in data modelling, query optimization, caching strategies, indexing, and data consistency.

Production ownership including incident response, root-cause analysis, monitoring, alerting, deployment rollbacks, and disaster recovery.

Third-party integrations such as payment gateways, authentication providers, messaging, analytics, and external APIs.





High Scale Applications: Experience with high-scale applications including real-time features, media handling, high-concurrency workloads, and performance optimization.

Security & compliance expertise in secrets management, rate limiting, abuse prevention, secure API design, and data isolation.

AI-enabled product experience including LLM integration, retrieval/search, AI service orchestration, and integration with existing product workflows.

Engineering leadership in technical roadmaps, architecture documentation, effort estimation, risk management, and cross-team technical alignment.

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills / Behaviour Attributes:

· Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React/Next.js or Angular.

· Strong proficiency in backend technologies including Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.

· Deep knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed system fundamentals.

· Solid understanding of web security, identity, authorization, performance, accessibility, and responsive design.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or serverless architectures is preferred.

· Ability to integrate LLM/AI capabilities, search, analytics, or real-time features into web products.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and business functions.

· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary Range:

· Competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise (– INR).

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
