Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and operational readiness across all platform services.
- Lead, Mentor & Collaborate Across Teams: Mentor engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, establish engineering standards, and lead cross-functional squads. Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Analytics teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Advance AI & Next-Generation Data Solutions: Leverage AI technologies, GenAI infrastructure, and intelligent automation to solve complex data challenges, accelerate engineering productivity, and enable innovative data-serving capabilities.
- Ensure End-to-End Quality & Service Transition: Oversee automated testing strategies, release governance, change management processes, operational documentation, and service transition activities to ensure platform solutions are production-ready and fully supported.
What you'll bring
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 6+ years of software and data engineering experience, including 4+ years of hands-on GCP architecture experience and 3+ years in a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or Platform Leadership role.
