KG CRM Solutions LLP is IT Lead Conversion Intern to join our growing IT company in Mohali, Punjab.

We are a Zoho development company specializing in CRM solutions, automation, and customized business applications. No prior IT lead conversion experience is required — complete product and process training will be provided by the company during the internship.

Internship Details

Position: Lead Conversion Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Internship Type: Incentive-Based (5% incentive on total Lead conversion/Business)

After 6 Months: Salary + Incentives based on performance and company requirements

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

Our company promotes its IT/CRM services through various advertising platforms. When a potential customer interacts with or checks our advertisements, the inquiry/lead is generated and assigned to the conversion team.

As a Lead Conversion Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Lead Handling: Receive and manage leads generated through company advertisements.

Lead Follow-up: Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Product Demonstration: Explain our CRM/software solutions and conduct product demos for interested clients.

Free Trial: Introduce to our 15-day free trial and guide them through the trial process.

Follow-up:



Regularly follow up with clients during and after the free trial.

Lead Conversion: Convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Customer Onboarding: Coordinate with the team once a customer confirms the purchase plan.

CRM Updates: Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company's CRM system.

Lead Conversion Support: Assist the team with day-to-day Leads conversion activities.

Lead Conversion Process

Advertisement → Automatically Lead Generated → Lead Follow-up → Product Demo → 15-Day Free Trial → Follow-up → Lead Conversion → Customer Onboarding
