Role Description The Laboratory Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role oversees daily laboratory operations, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic services.

Responsibilities include maintaining laboratory safety standards, managing laboratory equipment and supplies, and implementing quality control procedures to meet regulatory and internal benchmarks.

The Laboratory Operations

Manager monitors performance metrics, supports process improvements, and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and accreditation requirements. The role also involves supervising and mentoring laboratory staff,



facilitating training, and collaborating with management to support operational efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including sample handling, test process oversight, and familiarity with diagnostic workflows.
- Candidates should possess expertise in laboratory safety, including adherence to safety protocols, biohazard management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in managing laboratory equipment, including routine maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and equipment utilization planning.
- Candidates should possess solid quality control capabilities, including implementation of quality assurance programs, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Candidates should possess operations management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory leadership role, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
