- Prepare thermal spray-coated samples for testing and analysis.
- Operate lab machines such as:
- Moulding Machine for sample preparation.
- Cutting Machine for sectioning coated parts.
- Sample Polishing Machine for surface preparation.
- Conduct microstructure analysis, hardness testing, porosity measurement, and bend tests on coated samples.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per ISO standards.
- Follow proper lab safety protocols and quality procedures.
- Assist in maintaining lab equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- Work closely with the Quality Control and Production teams to ensure sample testing meets specifications.
