Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
- Network troubleshooting and security fundamentals.
- Router and switch configuration.
- Network monitoring and incident resolution.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field support.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. CCNA certification is preferred.
