Job Summary

KG Coordinators Organization: Amrita Vidyalayam Location: Trichy Amrita Vidyalayam, Trichy is seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated KG Coordinators to join our academic team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced educator who can coordinate the overall functioning of the KG section, guide teachers, and create a warm, engaging, and child-friendly learning setting that supports the holistic development of young learners. Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree with Montessori / Early Childhood Education / relevant teacher training qualification preferred.

- Montessori-trained candidates are preferred.

- Prior experience in KG / Montessori / Early Childhood Education is preferred.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.

- Experience in activity-based, play-based, and experiential learning methods.

- Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.

- Ability to guide, mentor, and support KG teachers in planning and implementing effective classroom activities.

- Ability to monitor students academic, social,



emotional, and overall development.

- Ability to communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school activities.

- Creativity and enthusiasm in planning stories, rhymes, art, music, games, celebrations, and other learning activities.

- Ability to coordinate with school management and ensure the smooth functioning of the KG section.

- Willingness to relocate within Tamil Nadu, if required.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the overall functioning of the KG section.

- Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom activities.

- Monitor teaching practices and ensure age-appropriate learning experiences.

- Track students academic, social, emotional, and overall development.

- Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and activities.

- Plan and organize KG events, celebrations, and special programmes.

- Maintain effective coordination between the KG section and school administration.

- Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning workplace for young children.
