Key Account Manager – AV & IT Hardware

Location: Mumbai / Pune

CTC: ₹7–15 LPA, depending on experience and suitability

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager with relevant experience in the AV (Audio Visual) and IT Hardware industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV and IT hardware solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, references, and market development.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal technical, presales, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop a strong understanding of AV products, IT hardware, solutions,



and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account information, and regular sales reports.

Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years: Candidates with relevant AV/IT Hardware sales or key account experience can be considered.
- 8–12+ years: Senior candidates with substantial experience in the AV and IT Hardware industry are preferred for higher-level packages.
- Experience in B2B sales, key account management, corporate sales, solution sales, or enterprise sales will be an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and business development skills.
- Ability to independently manage important customer accounts and sales targets.

Educational Qualification
- Science Graduate
- BE / B.Tech
- Diploma
- MBA
- B.Com candidates can also be considered if they have solid and relevant experience in the AV or IT Hardware industry.

Age Criteria Age is not a strict constraint. Candidates above the previously considered 25–35 years range can also be considered based on their relevant industry experience, skills, and overall suitability.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
