Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Key Account Manager located in Ghitorni. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Brands and Platforms, executing business plans, and managing customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves analyzing brand & Portal performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications





2+ Years of experiece in Key Accounts and Account Management

Solid Analytical Skills to assess performance data and identify trends

Business Planning experience to drive strategic account growth

Customer Service skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Experience with e-commerce or online distribution is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
