*Ensure timely availability of cutting tools for CNC machining lines.
*Issue tools, inserts, tool holders, drills, and other tooling consumables.
*Monitor tool life, consumption, and replacement frequency.
*Maintain tool life records and analyse tool performance.
*Troubleshoot tooling issues and support tool life improvement.
*Analyse tooling consumption and implement cost-reduction activities.
*Maintain stock records, inventory accuracy, and minimum stock levels.
*Coordinate with vendors for tool supply, technical support, and trials.
*Follow up with the purchase team for timely procurement.
*Monitor tooling cost per component and control overall tooling expenses
Freshers with a robust passion and genuine interest in CNC machining, metal cutting tools, carbide inserts, tool life monitoring, inventory management, tool crib management, cost per component (CPC),
