Role Description Junior Quotation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is responsible for preparing and managing quotations for industrial safety, mechanical tools, and related products, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and technical specifications.

Junior Quotation

Executive will review customer inquiries, analyze requirements, liaise with internal teams, and generate timely, competitive proposals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining quotation records, updating price lists, and coordinating with sales and logistics to support order conversion and fulfillment.



The role also involves responding to customer queries, supporting negotiations, and continuously improving quotation processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Experience in quotation management, sales support, or commercial operations in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Strong skills in pricing analysis, cost estimation, and margin management.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, quotation tools, and basic ERP or CRM systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, product catalogs, and industrial safety or mechanical tools documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
- Relevant education in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust skill in mail reading and Responding with accuracy and proficiency.
- Must have Excel & Sheet knowledge with prior experience personal/Professional.
- Knowledge of industrial sectors such as power, metals, infra, or mining is an advantage.
