DataVizX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, data modelling, and dashboard development.

The role will primarily involve developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. However, the candidate may also be assigned other technical tasks related to data analysis, reporting, automation, and client projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.
- Perform data transformation and cleaning using Power Query.
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyse, and validate data.
- Build and maintain data models and relationships.
- Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Optimise report performance and improve dashboard usability.
- Assist with data integration, reporting automation, and other technical projects when required.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and deliver reporting solutions.

Required Skills




- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Valuable knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data modelling, relationships, and data visualisation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work on different types of technical assignments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel and advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of Power BI Service, scheduled refreshes, and workspace management.
- Exposure to APIs, Python, or data automation is an advantage.

Compensation ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
