Role Overview

Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic Aerospace & Defence programs. The role involves applying program management principles, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) methodologies, governance practices, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective program execution and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk registers, progress dashboards, and tracking reports.
- Apply MSP principles, program governance frameworks, and benefits-realization practices to support effective program management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Customers.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items while monitoring risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare management review presentations, program status reports, and customer presentations.
- Support adherence to contractual timelines, quality requirements, resource planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.




- Coordinate project review meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain program governance documentation and support effective customer communication.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- MBA in Operations, Project Management, or General Management.
- Certification or exposure to MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management methodologies will be an added advantage.
- Preferred experience in Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Engineering, or High-Technology industries.
- Knowledge of program governance, project lifecycle management, planning and coordination, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, reporting, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Demonstrates a robust interest and passion for Aerospace & Defence programs.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
- Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech + MBA qualification and exposure to MSP-based program management will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
